Medley Digital Alerts — SMS program
- Program name
- Medley Digital Alerts, operated by Medley Digital, a sole proprietorship.
- Program description
- An SMS notification service that delivers automated market and price alert notifications. Each message is triggered automatically when a market price condition configured by Medley Digital is met, and reports the instrument, the alert name, and the current mark. Messages are informational notifications only. We do not send marketing or promotional content, and we do not provide financial advice.
- Who receives messages
- Only individuals who have opted in at custom-meditation.com/opt-in by submitting their own mobile number and agreeing to receive messages.
- Opting in is optional
- Consent to receive messages is never a condition of using any service, creating an account, or completing a purchase. The opt-in form is standalone — it is not part of a checkout or signup flow, and declining leaves everything else unaffected. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and may be left unchecked.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies, typically 3–5 messages per day.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. Medley Digital does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
- How to cancel
- Reply STOP to any message at any time. This takes effect immediately — you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also submit your number at custom-meditation.com/opt-out, which records your request and removes you from our alert list; STOP is the faster method and is the one we recommend.
- How to get help
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support at [email protected].
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
- Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Custom Meditations — digital products
By purchasing a meditation, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to the generated audio file for private use. Each meditation is a digital product created on demand. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the audio.
Because each meditation is uniquely generated for your specific goal, we are unable to offer refunds once the meditation has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file or a delivery failure, contact [email protected] and we will make it right.
We reserve the right to refuse service and to update pricing at any time.
